Hello, I'm Sal - an experienced and super-efficient Virtual Assistant based on the East Devon coast where I balance running my business with life as a mum to my 13-year-old son and very active Sprollie!
I founded Sorted by Sal in 2019 to help busy business owners and fitness professionals get organised, reduce overwhelm, and focus on what they do best.
With over 20 years of experience in dynamic office environments, including roles as Communications Manager, PA for Executive Directors and Project Manager, I bring practical expertise and calm efficiency to every client I support. Much of my background is rooted in the health & fitness industry, giving me a valuable insight into the challenges faced by fitness professionals and entrepreneurs alike.

Flexible
£35 per hour
Whether it’s a one-off task or you need a bit of support throughout the month, this really flexible option gives you just what you need. Time is tracked and rounded to the nearest 15 minutes and you'll receive a report with each invoice.
Monthly Retainer Packages
These packages are available for when you require my ongoing dedicated support each month.

10 hours = £340.00
20 hours = £660.00
30 hours = £930.00
​
Time is tracked, so you'll know if you're nearing your limit.
Unused hours can be carried over to the following calendar month as follows:
10 hours - Up to 1 unused hour
20 hours - Up to 2 unused hours
30 hours - Up to 3 unused hours

You will be invoiced monthly in advance.
By the project
If you'd like me to work on a project with a budget then this is the perfect option as we'll agree on the cost upfront. Together, we'll discuss the brief and decide whether to go with an hourly rate or a set price.
